Mary quit as a nurse after two years after experiencing stress and also clinical depression.
She claims she’s unfortunate she can’t be a registered nurse in The National Health Service “without compromising my psychological health”.
In 2015, 33,000 nurses in England left the NHS – more than 10% of the workforce.
NHS bosses say they are functioning to enhance staff retention.
